Description:  Multiscale Image Analysis teaches students image analysis from micro-scale to macro-scale to process cellular and biomedical imaging data. Theoretical foundations and practical approaches will be presented.

 

Outcome: By the end of the course, the following skills will be obtained.

• Students will be able to understand image theory
• Students will be able to perform image representations, transformations, and classifications.
• Students will be able to apply their image analysis skills to practical cellular and biomedical images.
• Students will be experienced in FiJi, Mimics, MATLAB, and Python.
